Terms and Conditions

1. Order(s) need to be confirmed at least 2 weeks prior to delivery

2. 50% deposit of the total sum will be collected upon confirmation of order and balance shall be payable during the delivery of products.

3. Cash payment should be made in person or collected by our authorized representative

4. In the event that any products become unavailable at the time of production,we reservw the right to substitute them with similar products of equal or greater value.

5. any cancellation upon confirmation will be subjected to 50% cancellation fee

6. Delivery to Klang Valley will be made free of charge with minimum order of RM500.Delivery to outside of Klang Valley will be charged according to the area.

7. All re-directed orders will be charged a surcharge of RM10.00

8.Delivery will be made as soon as possible to the address stated and handed directly to the recipient.In the event that recipient is unavailable,attemps will be made to deliver to relative,friend,neighbour or colleague who knows the recipient and will accept the products on their behalf.
